POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for identifying and closing Key New Customers for both Canpar & Loomis in addition to managing assigned customer base. Candidate will work with Regional Sales Manager as required.

The Account Executive will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to grow revenue with focus on profitability, operational fit and customer experience.

New revenue growth (defined as customers who currently do not use our services and grow exist within customer base) and customer/segment profitability will be the minimum objective for the Account Executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently identify new opportunities for both Canpar & Loomis.
- Present our Value Proposition to C Suite
- Liaison across all of parcel & courier when required to drive innovative solutions and where appropriate, involve TFI Group of Companies
- Identify areas of growth opportunity by customer segment
- Work closely with Sales Operations to identify areas of market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate
- Prepare and consult with Pricing Team to come up with compelling business proposals
- Ensure profitability of business proposals
- Manage current portfolio of customer base

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 2+ years experience in selling to Key Accounts
- Excellent interpersonal communication & probing skills, high aptitude for follow-up.
- Client service orientation- internal and external.
- Excellent business acumen, (courier and/or supply chain management knowledge preferred), analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated drive, persistence & initiative.
- Proven planning, organizational, time and management skills.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, data analysis, trend analysis, etc.
- University degree or college degree preferred
